So yesterday we had the whole family over for dinner. After we ate we let the kid make some gingerbread houses. Grammie and Mia worked on one. Grandma worked on Braxton's. Molly enjoyed eatting all the M & M's

So the same day that we did the cute picture of Caiden below we did family pictures that day as well so here are a few !!

Caiden 9 Months

So I know that I have been a slacker lately, I am sorry!!!! Caiden turned 9 months on the 14Th.(wow does time FLY!!!!) We happened to be doing Family Pictures that day and we snapped some of Caiden. So we went to the doctors and here are the status

Weight 19.2 lbs *-* 30%

Height 26.7 inches *-* 80%

Caiden has two bottom teeth and his top two are coming in. He is so close to crawling he gets up on all 4's and rock's back and forth.

We also went to the Kidney Doctor as well. The left kidney is gone which is what they told me was going to happen. The right kidney is at 95% which is good growing big to compensates for not having the left one.

It was so much fun!!!!We are so please to have a healthy and happy baby !!

8 Months Old

Wow does time Fly!!!! Caiden is 8 months !!!! Caiden has 2 teeth on the bottom.

He is rolling like crazy!!!

He weights 17.9lbs(thanks to our doctors visit Friday night)

Caiden is starting to crawl he is scooting all over and rolling all over !!! We go to the Kidney Doctor and have his 9Th month old visit.

SWINE FLU!!!!!

OK so Thursday night Brax come in to our room in the middle of the night with a fever and stating that his tummy hurts. So I think nothing of it and have him come lay down with me and gave him some Motrin. Friday morning get up to go to work and Brax is worse!!!! So I decide that I am not going to take my child to Daycare and PRESCHOOL, when he is sick. So we are laying around all day and my phone rings it Braxton's preschool teacher..... One of the kids has the SWINE FLU so if you kids has any symptoms take him in to get tested. (Mind you this is 5pm on Friday evening). So I call my ped's office and luckily they are open 24 hours!!!! I make and appt for both the boys to get tested. 9pm was the time that I could take them in.

So take the boys in and Braxton's temp was 102.6 the highest it has been all DAY !!!! Caiden just has a cold. So the swabbed Brax's nose. Not the funnest thing in the world. Then the doctor come in and examines the boys and the nurse come back in and says "HIS FLU IS POSITIVE " The words that i was DREADING !!!!! So they gave him Tami Flu for two reasons....

1-Caiden has a MAJOR Medical Condition

2-We caught the symptom's in the first 48 hours

So I have to say watch out to anyone that has been by my kiddos. But the doctor said that he thinks that we are OK since his fever did not start till Thursday NIGHT and he was not around anyone except family after that.

Ok I am aliite behind on my posts. I am sorry ! So last Saturday, the Poulsen Clan went to Lagoon. We had so much fun. It was a blast to get to hang out with the whole family!!! Thanks for the great day.

Black Island Farms

So today we went to Black Island Farms (yes again). Today we went with some girls from work and their children. We had so much fun !! We went on the Hayride, played in the courtyard and Gary and Braxton went through the "NEW MOON" corn maze. They did this in record time !!! We even saw Kevin Eubank from KSL 5. He is suck a nice guy. If you are looking for a FUN family outting you need to go here !!!!

Braxton's Field Trip

So today was Braxtons First Preschool Field Trip. We went to Black Island Farms !!! It was suck a blast here are a few pictures for the fun

So a while a go the McKay NICU had a reunion it was at the North Ogden Aquatic Center. Braxton love playing in the water. Caiden loved watching him and getting in the water a little. It was fun to see some the kids that were in the NICU with him.

So today was Braxton's FIRST soccer game. We have some work to do is all I can say !!!! I am his coach. Not sure what a great idea that was. He wanted to play by him self. It was a really nice learning experiance for me. I will keep you updated as the season goes on.
